For the double negatives I created, I made all the elements I shot go together or have a theme. I used the value between the dark drain net and the shiny silver candle cover to compliment each other. The texture of the sponge and the bubbles in the water show relation to each other because you normally use sponges in water. By not using any space between the q-tips and the q-tip holder it puts them so close together that the holder really stands out. The curved lines in the cap picture and the shape behind it gives it a real feeling like you know how it feels just by looking at it.
